Remote desktop support is offered through the TechInLine service. This remote service works without the installation of a remote client program, only a simple plugin in the client browser is needed.
To start an online session:
- When you click the link to start the remote session, a new page will be supplied that displays a unique session number
- Give the number to the support technican to start the session. You will be prompted to confirm you are giving control of you desktop to the remote request. Repond ‘Yes‘.
